Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I purchased a property & registered in 2011. we also flashed in paper that time but there was no objection. now we came to know that some body unauthorise has made a registered lease deed in 1991. we also searched with the registrar but there was nothing. where is my stand now

did you do a title search of the property??if not then we have to inspect the paper of the new claimant to decide further course of action
