Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i have purchased a residential plot in jharkhand in feb 2013. An unidentified man encroached my plot and given boundary and broken my old boundary wall from one side.He also blocked my access road by his boundary.

Plot has mutation in my name .

Now how to proceed for removal of unauthorised boundary & removal of access road boundary as road is shown in my registered paper., please suggest so that I can legally proceed .As I am residing out of state so I can proceed legally in another state?

Dear Mrs. Sharma,

You should first lodge a local Police complaint against that unidentified man for unauthorized encroachment into your plot of land and get the Police to evict him out from your property. You should also lodge a complaint to the Tehsildar / District Registrar ordering a Survey of your plot of land and proper demarcation thereto.
