We have purchased row house in Pune in mix society of flat and row houses
We have 122 members in our apartment. Builder just
sold last flat. We have 80 flats and 43 row houses
flat members members want to form society and row houses people want apartment. which is the best option for such case. What is the role of builers in forming society or apartment. What will be the buliders role after society or apartment formation . What is his interest after society or apartment formation. What is the time limit that bulder should hand over the ownership.

Apartment is always better, since holders of unit continue to be owner of property they purchased.
In case of Society, owner of land and building is Society and a Member has mere occupancy rights by virtue of membership.
