Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I purchased a site some 4 years ago, the person from whom i took it filled a case against us that we took it this site forcefully, now the court has send a notice to reply.please let me know how to tackle this case?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will need to reply to the Court notice stating the facts of the purchase and clearly indicating that the purchase was not made forcefully, and that the seller was not under duress to sell the site to you.

you may retain a lawyer and he would give an appropriate reply to the legal notice sent by the court. and pursue the matter.
