Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

I am purchasing one property. The property is in the name of two persons. Out of the two partners one is HUF. The HUF is also having three minor members in his family. Whether I should go for this property, if yes, what formalities are required to be done.

One being HUF with three minors, have to get permission from the court to sell on behalf of minor members that sale is in welfare of the minors.
