Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
i want to ask a question we have a big house in islamabad pakistan which is in joint name of my father and uncle in CDA , but our other 4 uncles also have possession in this house . they says that his house belongs to our grandfather this is wrong and it should be divided in 6 share according to inheritance law . when my father suited for his 50 percent share in civil court our other 4 unlces have put inheritance case on us that this house belongs to grandfather and it should be divided . however our case was very strong because we also have sources and income at the time of purchasing of plot while grand father dont have any business . that case was lost by us . because our uncles have approch and buy the civil judge because their financial postion is very strong and our finicial postion is weak now because of lost in business now i want to know if one party approchs and buys the judge in pakistan because every man have its price how justice will be possible for us we are sure that our uncle will also buy the district judge .please how 50 percent will be possible for us in this situation please help how can we stop the judge corruption .

if you have strong reason for the corruption of judge , you should make an application along certified copy of the case file and submit it to member inspection team . they will investigate the matter.

mere assumption showed ur failure it was not big deal u can trace your case and can transferred it just by saying that u lost ur trust on the court . u can ask for investigation . u can challenge it before higher forums
