Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi, what r my rights as a flat owner for the following issue

infront of my flat a person is using space with tent on road to iron clothes my flat association allowed him but i object as smell of coal n people from other areas are coming to iron clothes.

Awaiting your advice n legal opinion.

1) Check ur bye laws whether there is any such provision.

2) If No, then raise in the society meeting and object on the grounds

u have.

3) If no response, issue legal notice against health hazards and

disturbance of peace and mental agony due to outsiders visits.
