Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am Ravi Gupta my father buy the house in Delhi 1984. My house power of attorney in my name in2009. But registered will is name is my mother after death in my mother will is my name. My question is after death my father my mother change to will or not , and my mother sell the house or not. Please explain

Yes.she can change the will and liberty to sale the property as woman is an absolute owner of the property u/s14 whatever the source.
