Query: A Property (opensite) was transferred from husband to wife through register deed in 1956.AT that time they have a 1 year old female baby,later the husband died,after few years from 1970 some body are occupied their site and constructed a building,residing there.the occupiers are paying muncipalitiy taxes,bills from 1970 to till now.
in the mean while 1year old baby(owner daughter) grown up and married.now her age 46.her mother also died in 2001.now the daughter noticed her mother having a site.
is it possible to claim the property from some body whom are leaving more than 40 years and paying muncipal taxes?
kindly guide me the procedure to claim?
daughter is from hindu family,state andhrapradesh,property also andhrapradesh,occupiers also hindu family from andhra only
