Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
There are two real brothers the flat is owned by brother 1 and has the flats agreement and share certificate brother 2 is residing and acquires the possession from more then 20 years and has all other necessary documents to prove his possession except agreement and share certificate also all the charges like maintenance, conveyance charge, all the bills as well as registration charge is paid by brother 2. Society will b going under redevelopment and as the flat is under the name of brother 1 corpus fund as well as rent goes to brother 1. How do brother 2 can claim the right on the funds as well as how can he get the rights of possession on the flat.

Allotment letter, possession letter, receipt of purchase of flat from Builder, old owner etc... check then decided.
