Real estate consultant is commercial activity or not, i have opened real estate office in residence,i am also living in this property with my family .please give me legal opinion about this. [email protected]

Real Estate Consultancy is definitely a commercial activity. However the municipal authorities in some states/ cities does allow a percentage of a residential property to be used for commercial purposes.
