Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
I recently purchased a flat ( second owner) in "A" wing of a building in Kandivali-W, Mumbai, alongwith a stilt parking in "B" wing, of a building in the same compound. It was an amalgamated plot when builder constructed. Subsequently when societies were registered, Both wings became separate society. OC and conveyance are not yet received.The first owner was allotted the stilt parking by builder.The building plan shows that stilt parking are allotted to certain flats. Now 'B" wing is disputing the sale of the parking space to me. Pl advise what are my options in light of the Supreme court judgement dated 3 sep 2010. How can I prevent the loss of property ? Pl give contact number of expert lawyer whom I can hire on payment of professional services.

in case the stilt parking is allowed to your flat, you may get the same by approaching the consumer court.
