Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
we have reconstituted our partnership deed with two out going partners and one incoming partner , can i go for Registration in registration office? ( Not at registrar of firms ). please advice me on the legality , If i go for registration what will be the portion tax i should pay at registration i mean only for the share which i purchased , what will be the Plant and machinery value should i pay registration fee for that also , If not how to mention in the document total consideration amount ?
