I have done registered agreement of my land but now I don't want to sell that land. what can I do???

Legally, you can't back down provided the purchaser has breached any terms and conditions stipulated in agreement or otherwise. If you do so, he can bring a suit for specific performance. Better settle the matter amicably by offering the purchaser certain amount.
