Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We have a registered irrevocable power of attorney for the land from two persons who are brother and sister.
One of person, means my friend died and i have death certificate of him. When I made Kharedikhat of the same plot which i have Power of Attorney, Registrar is not allowing me to registered the document saying one of person in power of attorney is dead so it become null and void. and my advocate says if person who gave the power is dead then only document is null and void.
Iam confused please guide me.

If person giving power of attorney is dead then it come to an end.
In case of power of attorney given by more than one person and one of them is dead, then it may be valid in respect of other person/s and come to an end for dead person.
