Can registered power of attorney holder gift the immovable property to his son where gift accepter name is not spicefied in GPA.

Dear Sir / Madam,
A General Power of Attorney usually grants the POA holder the authority to unconditionally deal with the property pertaining to the POA. If the POA has specifically prohibited the POA holder to transfer or sell the property without the POA issuer's approval and written consent, the transfer by the POA holder is null and void.
