Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
If the Registrar Court has passed a judgment of Replacing name of the existing nominee to the second person as per the wish of the First Applicant Owner, within the time span of 2 month from the date of verdict. The Original copy has been submitted to the Society office bearers along with their acknowledgement. But now it is almost to the stag of deadline of 2 month, there is no action or reply from the society office on this matter.
Please help as what should I do to get this thing done asap.

Issue reminder to the society/ If failed complain to the Registrar.
