Registration is done of Name of Son and the Father for a flat at registrars office by paying neccssary stamp duty and registration.
Builder has taken token money (5lakhs).
Now Son say he not interested in buying the flat.
Father says he shall go ahead with buying the flat but want to delete name of son from the registered deed.
Please suggust procedure to delete name from registered deed.

papers need to be prepared again where the son would transfer the flat in the name of father.

A settlement between father and son is required if the son is adult. Else the plot shall remain in joint names even if one of them is making payments.
