I want to relinquish my rights in the IMMOVEABLE PROPERTY SITUATED AT RAJKOT (GUJARAT STATE) in the name of my YOUNGER BROTHER WHO IS JOINT HOLDER OF THIS PROPERTY

Sir

You can relinquish your right in the Immovable Property by executing a Registered Release Deed in favor of your Younger Brother. You will have to get the Release Deed Registered with the Sub-Registrar Office, Rajkot.

You will be required to pay stamp duty on the release deed accordingly to the jantry rate prevailing.The stamp duty is 4.9 % + 1 % Registration fees.
