Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
A Relinquishment deed is to be prepared in favour of one of the legal heir. Can this deed can be made directly in the name of the wife of that legal heir. if so, then how and what are the consequences in that case and what are the duties to be paid in that case.

relinquishment deed can be executed by one of the legal heir in favour of the other legal heir of the owner and not in favour of wife of the legal heir. it will be on 100/- stamp paper and has to be registered
