Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have rented out my own premises to my self-owned company. So if I have an agreement for 11 months (renewable every 11 months) , do I need to register this agreement? If no registration required - Does it have to be on judicial stamp paper or even on plain paper is good enough?

If the resolution passes in AGM judicial stamp is sufficient.

Registration is not mandatory. Rent agreement on 100 Rs stamp paer is sufficient.
