In refernce of the same question ..what if seller refuse to present at registrar office for registration..can I opt any leagal procedign against teh seller?..

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, a legal notice can be issued to the seller, and the legal expenses incurred by you can be deducted from the remaining balance purchase consideration payable to the seller. (Reply No. 8-August, 2013).
