Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
I reside in my father's flat which currently is in his name. Earlier the same flat was in name of my grand father but after he expired my father got noc from my uncle and aunts and got the property registered in his name. Also he has obtained divorce from my mother thru ex parte. Now he wants my mother and myself out of his house. My question to you Sir is that under such circumstances what should i do and what rights do i have in such a property?

you have a right of residence in the property and you may file the injunction suit that you cannot be dispossessed without due process of law
he cannot push you or your mother out of the house and you file a suit for permanent injunction against him restraining him from interfering in your peaceful possession except by due process of law. you and your mother have an equal right in the property qua your father.
