Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am a resident of Chilkalguda in secunderabad. Recently 2 years back i have bought a 2 bed room flat in an new appartment including a car parking.But as i don't own a car present, the builder not provided me the car parking from last 2 years.He has been falsely making the promises.All the other flat people have got their parking respective from the builder. We do have done the registration of the flat with the parking.I do have the property papers which is written as parking is alloted with the 2 bed room flat.So please kindly suggest me how to approach to solve my issue.

Please go through the building sanctioned plan papers. If there is space allotted to respective all 2 bhk flats you will get it.if not complain to either municipal authorities or town planing office.
