Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have a residential house in Ghaziabad (UP).The said house was allotted to me by avas vikas parishad (UP) I want to transfer it to my son.Kindly let me know whether I have to sell him or the same can be transferred by paying required stamp duty etc. only.

You can transfer the property by way of Will, gift, or sale deed.
