Resp. Sir , I have purchased resale flat in last month by paying advance to owner and paying stamp duty after registration , later I came to know that the builder of property did some fraud with banks in yr. 2007 , hence Bank are not funding loan on it , request you to pls. guide how should I get back my advance money from owner

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the seller is still in possession of the flat, you should express your inability to go ahead with the deal in view of your bank loan not getting cleared, and request the seller to deduct the token amount and return the balance advance to you. If you are in possession of the flat, you should seek alternative means of raising private finance and paying off the balance monies to the seller, since the Sale Deed is registered.
