Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Respected sir, I want 100% assurance for my house..reality is we have (Maharashtra kul kayda)land since 1940..then can we build there house??if landlord of that land give stay on construction of house then what we can do??is their legally any problem to build house on a such a land..plz give me right direction..your reply is very important to me.

Get 32m certificate first,then convert the agricultural land to NA,and after sanction of plan start construction.
