Respected sir I bought an agriculture land in rajasthan and made an agreement and made the payment via checque mentioned in the agreement, we are three partners and all of us gave checques of equal amounts but unfortunately due to mismatch of sign my checque got bounced and after that immediately I made payment through RTGS,now some body told me that ur agreement is cancelled because of bounced checque is it possible??
Please sir tell me actual rule, really so tensed!!

NO.If any dispute arises and a seller initiate any action against you reply properly.ask the seller to handover the check to you as you have already made the payment of contract.
Just execute a supplementary agreement in pursuance of the RTGS payment and have the original agreement rectified. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
