Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Respected sir ,

My friends have four brothers . Their land has been distributed among them about 60 years ago. There is some difference in areas . but today the brother has not satisfy this distribution . one brother has more land and other is less . the land is recorded on 7 -12 forms as per govt. record .now he wants to correct the land distribution and other is not ready to redistribution. Is it legaly possible or not and what is the solution? please send the advice on my email . Thanking you.

With the consent of all owners it is possible by registering rearrangement deed.
