Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Respected Sir/Madam,

I belongs to Meerut City and My question is that I had purchased a Property in village Kunda,Partapur(Meerut City,Uttar Pradesh) having its area 130Sq. yards worth INR 3,50,000 in May,2008.

It has its khasra Number:-178/377 Which is listed in State Govt. property as per the order of Meerut commisionery dated on 10-11-1999

due to some some Conflicts held Between the party and Government at that time (10-11-99) & took over by Government. In 2008,A person (namely

Rajendra Prasad) had sold it to me.But now There is no customer for that property what should I do.All records (i.e. Khatouni and Patwari

sides) are showing it in state Government. Is there a way to get rid of it and earning the invested money from previous party/next customer.

kindly guide me.I shall be thankful to you.

For more Details regarding this you can check khasra number on visiting :---www.bhulekh.up.nic.in

It will certainly prove helping.

Dear Sir / Madam,

The link you provided does not open. Anyway, if your Sale Agreement with Rajendra Prasad is registered in your name in the record of the Tehsildar / District Registrar, I do not foresee any obstacles or problems in you finding a suitable buyer for the property. You should post your advertisement for sale on MagicBricks and / or Quikr.

Regards,
