Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

IN response to a civil case fixed in the year 2020 for fixation of boundary, the lower court ordered to measure the land using the services of a Taluk Surveyor. Surveyor kept on telling busy, and the court appointed a private surveyor to measure it with the assistance of a Commissioner.. Other day surveyor and commissioner came to measure the land when none of the opposite parties attend despite Commissioner serve the notices. He measured the land based on my showing the approximate line.....without checking the survey sketches of Village Office. What I felt was Commissioner somehow wanted to get rid of this case...................I was not all satisfied the measurement without the presence of opposite parties.

My plot consists of 3 parts. When measured, they found in one plot 5 cents excess and other plots 1 cent and 1/4 cent less. My lawyer said, it may lead to problem.

If my case gets rejected, what are the other legal remedies to move on . I do not wish to have excess land but I want my correct land. Secondly, my case was for fixation of boundary. In this case, how can I move further to get my land measured correctly. Any legal remedies to avoid the case rejection.

I am a senior citizen of 62 years old.

You have the option to file your objection to report filed by local commissioner and appointed surveyor and may point out this fact.
