r/sir is any ruling available any dharamshal who get discount in house tax from municipal corp sold by illegal way and owner file a pa suit under rent cont act sec 21 (1) (a) and court reject the pa suit in ground rc act sec 2 bb or sec 3 rs due to religious property i am a tenant and landlord file pa suit against me

Don't unnecessarily get entangled in Court matters ... khaamokhaa "lambay" honay walee baat hogee ... waqt bhee barbaad ... aur paisa bhee barbaad ... ussay acchaa agar landlord say bantee hai toh theek hai ... raho ... agar landlord kay saath maamlaa bigad gaya hai toh ... aur kahee apnaa intazaam karlo. behais karnaa bekaar hai.
