I had purchased 2GHK Flat in Ahmedabad on top floor i.e.3rd floor with terrace right.In the agreement right of terrace is shown but no word used for construction,Now there are 12 such members in our new society having terrace right flat.There are six blocks and on each block on top half terrace is common and other half is divided in two members.Now one of the member has started for constrction of one room on terrace but society committee have strongly opposed and sign campaign of all other society members also taken to stop construction,Now I want to know that whether we may do construction any type on our terrace right flat?

Dear S K Shah,
Since there are more than 10 members in the Society, and should they object to the construction, unless you have written approval of the Society, you must refrain from proceeding with the construction.
