Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I run a daycare in my row house(Maharashtra) which was started even before the society was formed i.e. 10 years back. It has now been 6 -7 years the society has been telling me to shut down my daycare which caters only to the children and have also levied fine of Rs. 25000/- month from the last 3 months since i have not closed down. They even call it a commercial activity and says that as per the new society bye laws, i cannot run the daycare in the society. Can you suggest?

Comply with the society bye-laws. Close the daycare center or pay penalty.
