Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My sale agreement has the correct property details however, the index 2 does not mention 'B' wing for the resale flat that I purchased.Please advise if I have to pay the stamp duty and registration as was paid at the time of the original sale agreement?

No, all you need is to get a correction deed signed by the vendor on a 100/- stamp paper
