Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
In a sale agreement wherin it is mentioned that the sale should be complted within 6 months and when the buyer did not come for the sale, what is the legal option? In the agreement it is clearly mentioned that if the buyer did not settle the balance amount within 6 months, then the agreemnet stands cancelled and also he forfeits the advance amount paid. Pl clarify.
