in a sale deed i have mentioned the date in the first page as 2011 instead of 2013. whether it can be rectified through a rectification deed? if so what is the stamp duty and fee for that in Tamil Nadu? if not what is the procedure?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes. The date can be rectified through a rectification deed. The prevailing stamp duty as applicable in Tamil Nadu, will have to be borne for authenticating the rectification deed.
