Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
i am selling a plot to a person, i got my ferd e bai issued from my area petwari. now the buyer is asking me to give him my original ferd e bai instead of its photocopy claiming that he needs the original one in order to get the stamp paper issued and statement for registry written. is he right? or he is just bluffing? we need original fer e bai or just its photocopy to get the registry made?

no need for fard e bai original . just his statement in account office is sufficient.. just in any case, photocopy will work.

attested copy of fard is only required at the time of registry not before .
so just use the copy .
