Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I would like to know my share in my father's property, as my father had 2 wives ?
My father had 2 wives. He had 1 son from first wife. He married my mother after the death of his first wife, and he had 2 sons from my mother. I am the youngest of the three. we have no sisters.
My parents passed away and they left behind some land and house(G+2+Pent house) property.
Please give your legal advise on what is my share in the property my parents left behind.

See, the property wold be divided among all the living legal heirs of your father. Son/daughter from previous marriage can also claim their share. Divide it amicably through a family partititon deed.
