Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I signed stamp notarized agreement to buy a flat through dealer. I paid 5 lac advance to seller. Dealer is supposed to execute the process, but deal is struck as the builder refused to issue transfer. Dealer has taken advance from seller also for transfer of property with builder. Now is there any way I can get my advance back..Seller is now declining to sell property.

1) Issue legal notice to refund advance with interest and FIR with police.
