Under one single Agreement, 5 premises are sold to Mr. X. Possession is not yet given. Now, one of the premises is to be cancelled. Whether, Part Cancellation vis-vis the premises No. .... can be drawn and registered ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Cancellation of the single Agreement for sale of 5 (five) premises, and a fresh Agreement for only 4 (four) premises, or better still, making and registering one individual Agreement for each premises is advisable and recommended.
