Sir , I have bought a plot in dehradun in 2010 and registry is in my name and in my hand but plot is not transferred to my name ( khta khatoni ). What should I do to transfer that land to my name.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should complete the transfer process (khata khatoni) with the Sub Registrar's Office by paying the prevailing Stamp Duty and registration charges.
