Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir,
I have bought a plot of 130 sq yards in 2008 at partapur,Meerut,UttarPradesh with khasra number:-178/377.But this plot's record is showing in Nagar nigam Property & creating hurdles in resaling.there is no customer for my plot.
What should I do.

did you not do a title search of the property. yo purchased it from a property dealer??I will need to see the documents before i can advice.
