Sir,
In case of one person changes his name and notifies in gazette, what is the procedure to give effect of the change in name in sale deed of properties owned by the individual.

in fact you need not give any further affect or make no changes. Your sale deed along with copy of gazette notification will suffice. However, if you still out of your self satisfaction (not legally required) want it, go for Rectification Deed
