Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
sir, a developer offer me to build a apartment on my land with other three landlords .the total area 6.5 katha approx.my portion is 1.25 katha.developer offer me some cash with a 3bhk flat and car parking.he will complete the project within 24 months and then handover my flat.at the time of agreement he give me some adv. And the rest amount by part.I want your guidence for legal procedure.also want to know,what is the process of handover the flat to me by the developer?I want registered deed of my flat.pl. Guide me.thanks. Amit Sarkar,siliguri,west bengal.
