Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

sir i have entered into an agreement/contact with regard to a flat.they are joint sellers(father,mother and son).

i have send them a letter for getting sale deed registered which has been pending for long.

i have received reply which has been only signed by son.

is it legally valid or there are some malafide intents of the sellers(joint sellers).

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you have paid the full agreed purchase consideration to the seller, you should pay the prevailing Stamp Duty and register the sale deed with the Registrar. You should follow the procedure as directed by the Registrar.
