Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
Sir, My father-in-law transferred his ancestral property to his son. But my wife is also a legal heir of my father-in-law. She has now claimed in the revenue department. Due to this mutation (intqal) of property has not been made so far as the objection was raised to the transfer of the property to his son. What will have to do now to get the share of the property. Can this property be jointly transferred ? Please guide
