Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir I have a flat which is under construction and am paying construction linked money to builders , till date I have paid more than 60% money . The flat will be delivered in Jan 2015 and after that registration will be done . Can I make a registered gift deed in current date for the property to my daughter . Pls advise

Before you get, you cannot. As today you have a mere right to get the flat, only upon registered document being executed, you shall be a 'legal owner' then you can gift / sell or deal with the same as you may like.
