Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir,
the flat number in my deed is mentioned as 102, however the flats are numbers in the same floor are numbered and registered as 001, 002, 003 and 004. flat directly above our flat is registered as 102, the land owner did a mistake while giving the flat number during registration, do to execute a rectification to change the flat number from 102 to 002 do we need to pay stamp duty again?
thanks
Muzamil
