Sir I have a free hold plot at ghaziabad up due to some personal reasons i want to subdivide it now gda is asking rs 40 lacs in the
name of development fee is it appropriate on the part of gda for subdivision they are demanding such an heavy amount.

Along with subdivision you pass the building plan also,as need have to pay in future.They are asking you the amount for building plan sanctions.
